The owners are European and culinarily switched-on: the brief is "elevated simple". Classics executed brilliantly, quality ingredients, clean flavours, and presentation that does the food justice. Crew meals included. Organised provisioning and tight cost control as standard. Valid Seaman's Book required (no separate visa needed to join).
